Veggie Grilled Cheese

Sometimes simple is best, and so it is with our warm Grilled Cheese made with Gouda and Cheddar and filled with caramelised onions and roaster purple cabbage.

King Tuna Melt

The King Tuna Melt is called this way because it comes at over 500g, yet it is fresh and citrusy. We serve it on a white buttery bread thick enough to hold it together, with our homemade tuna salad, melted cheddar cheese and rucula.

Torta Mexicana

The Torta Mexicana takes it cue from one of our favorite chillies: chipotle. We use our buttery frankfurt bread and fill with slow cooked chicken breast, mayo-chipotle, arugula, roasted red cabbage and splash it with some lemon.

Club Sandwich

Our Club Sandwich is back and its different! We serve it on a white buttery bread and comes with grilled chicken breast, Gouda cheese, crispy bacon, red leaf lettuce, roasted tomatoes and our special sauce (mayo, mustard and maple syrup).

Philly Cheesesteak

Our take on the classic Sandwich from Philadelphia, the Philly Cheesesteak. We use thinly sliced aged beef which we completely roast on the grill with veggies (red and yellow pepper, onions and mushrooms) and add Gouda and Cheddar cheese, and finally top it with our own jalapeño-mayo.

Philly Jackfruit

We are deviating from the original, but we do it with good reason. This vegetarian Philly is super delicious and quite distinct from the classic version. The BIO jackfruit gives it a meaty bite, but a more tangy flavour to go with the rest of its tasty ingredients: onions, mushrooms, peppers, mayo-jalapeño and cheese (Cheddar + Gouda).
